Define Objectives through Observation
We begin with market research, or industry audit that may include ethnographic research or inventory of products.

Develop a Deeper Problem Understanding

There are brainstorming sessions where the creative group generates ideas by analyzing data gathered at the previous observation stage in order to decide how to visually differentiate the brand.
