Cold, purity and freshness were the three associations that we invoked when working on the commercial for Domenica, a juice production joint-venture company. Cold, purity and freshness were the three associations that we invoked when working on the commercial for Domenica, a juice production joint-venture company. The interaction between the juicer’s cold chrome surfaces and squeezed orange juice drops was the focal point for this commercial video production project. The challenge was to overcome the 100% reflection of the chrome surfaces, and to keep only two main characters in the play for the entire time. We resolved this challenge by building a complete CGI (computer generated imagery) scene, making it look photorealistic, and then exploring the juice drop’s journey by flying 3D camera.
